Janelle was born and raised in Polk County, Florida and has been an active Realtor® since 2003. She has been married to Bill for 24 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. Janelle first earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1998 but then went on to get her real estate license a few years later. Education has been very important in Janelle's career and not only did she obtain her broker's license in 2016, she has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certificate (SFR) and e-PRO Certification.

 Janelle has been very active in her local and state associations from the beginning. She has served or chaired on numerous committees with East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR) over the years and served as President for 15 months in 2009-2010. Janelle was overwhelmed when she was presented with EPCAR's Realtor® of the Year in 2009. She went on to be District 10 Vice President of Florida Realtors® in 2011. While having the opportunity to contribute her time to many state committees over the years, she proudly served as Chair of the Convention Committee in 2013 and Chair of the Communications Committee in 2019. Janelle is currently serving as Florida Realtors® District 10 RPAC Trustee.

 Janelle is an avid runner and loves to read. She is part of the choir at Legacy Community Church and is a member of The Joy FM's Team Freedom (running to bring awareness to human trafficking).
